Philosophy & Process

Listening is the cornerstone of our practice. Each client has a story that shapes their investment attitudes and goals. Our process begins by spending significant time with our clients to hear these stories. Asking questions to understand their lives and situations, and to identify how they feel about money and investing, is the only way to truly develop a solution that meets each individual’s or organization’s unique investment goals and expectations.

As conservative growth investors, we focus on finding high quality companies with long-term potential. We are research-driven, using proprietary analysis and a well-defined process to identify and evaluate ideas and companies.

  1. Generate Ideas

Collaboratively discuss ideas sourced through the team, the firm’s centralized research team and third-party research.
  2. Research Attractive Opportunities

Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on industry leaders, special situations and high dividend stocks that meet our criteria.
  3. Invest Thoughtfully

Build and monitor a diversified portfolio of typically 25-30 stocks. Attempt to remain fully invested unless opportunities are scarce.
