Richard J. Szelc, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2000. As a Wealth Advisor, Rick works closely with his clients to create investment strategies that are customized to meet their financial objectives. Rick also focuses on structuring solutions that temper one’s emotional anxieties associated with investing irreplaceable wealth. Previously, he held positions at Sanford C. Bernstein, PepsiCo and Chemical Bank, where he began his career in the industry in 1990. Rick received a BS from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is on the Board of the St. Paul Medical Foundation and is very active in a number of charities in the Dallas area. In 2015, Richard was ranked #3 in Texas on Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list, #53 on Barron's Top 100 Financial Advisors list, and named Dallas Business Journal’s Largest North Texas Wealth Manager. In 2016, Richard ranked #73 on Barron’s Top 100 Financial Advisors list and moved up to #1 on Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list.
