Christopher R. Jennings, CFA, CAIA, CFP®, Vice President, joined the firm in 2018. Chris is a Wealth Advisor in Neuberger Berman’s New York office. He advises individuals and their families, endowments, foundations, and family offices to develop customized investment and wealth planning solutions. He works closely with his clients’ tax, legal, and insurance advisors to build integrated wealth solutions in the areas of tax and estate planning, multigenerational wealth transfer, concentrated equity positions, pre-transaction planning and post-settlement planning. Chris has 15 years of industry tenure that includes direct money management experience. Prior to Neuberger Berman, Chris co-managed a long/short equity portfolio at a private family office where his responsibilities included idea generation for new positions and the design and implementation of a diversified basket of portfolio hedges. Previously, he was with Bernstein Global Wealth Management for seven years working closely with clients and their professional advisors in the areas of asset allocation, investment management, and wealth planning. He started his career at Lehman Brothers and has also worked at Goldman Sachs. Chris earned a BA in Economics from Middlebury College, where he also played varsity tennis. Chris is a CFA® Charterholder, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, Financial Risk Manager – Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He serves on the Alumni Council of the Browning School in New York City.
