Louise Aagaard Jensen, Senior Engagement Analyst, joined Neuberger Berman in 2024 and is a member of the Global Sustainable Equity investment team. Previously, Louise was Senior ESG Manager at the Danish pension fund PKA, responsible for Net Zero and ESG integration practices within the investment department. Prior to that, Louise was a business analyst and project manager at the global recycling, waste and water management company Remondis, working on business and market development projects in Denmark and Ghana. Louise has experience with Latin American markets from working for the Royal Danish Embassy in Brazil. She holds a MSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
