Neuberger is committed to preserving your privacy and strictly adheres to applicable law, which requires us to tell you how we collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information. Where there is inconsistency between this statement and applicable law, we will apply the standard that affords a stronger level of protection. - your credit history and credit scores (in Australia, we do not collect, use or disclose this information)
- government related identifiers that identify you (in Australia, this may include ABN, Medicare card number, pension card number, driver’s licence number and tax file number)
- other information relating to your relationship with Neuberger
- technical information when you use our website (e.g., information of the device and browser used to access our website, such as IP address, internet browser, internet domain, operating system and other device identifiers, access dates and times, referring and exiting URLs)
When our relationship with you ceases, we may continue to retain, use and disclose your information as described in this statement provided there is a business or legal purpose to do so.
Why we collect your personal information
Generally, we collect, use, disclose, process and update personal information for our everyday business purposes, which may include:
- providing you with Neuberger product(s) or services
- your employment with Neuberger
- complying with our obligations under applicable law relating to the Neuberger product(s) or service or your employment with Neuberger (as the case may be)
- meet our ongoing obligations to you in providing you with the Neuberger product(s) or service or as your employer (as the case may be)

- maintaining your account(s) or administering any facility you have with us

What happens if you don’t allow us to collect your personal information
If you do not provide us with any requested personal information this may mean that we are unable to provide you with a product or service.

Who your personal information may be disclosed to and their locations

How long will your personal information be retained
We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was collected or as required by relevant laws, whichever is the longer. We will cease to retain your personal information if there is no longer any business or legal purpose to do so.

How we will deal with a complaint

We investigate all complaints and will respond to you as soon as reasonably practicable. We aim to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time after we receive your notice.

Communication and marketing
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing purposes unless we have your express consent. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please call us using the details below.
You understand that we may contact you by all relevant means (for example, by letter, email or phone). If you provide Neuberger with an email address, you consent to electronic communications being sent to you via that email address, including notices and reminders. To protect your privacy, we recommend that any email address you provide to us be your personal email address rather than, for example, an email address accessible by your work colleagues or family members.
