Closed-End Fund Section 19 Notices
The following Section 19 Notices disclose, among other things, estimated portions of a closed-end fund’s distribution consisting of net investment income, capital gains and return of capital. The notices are not intended for tax reporting purposes and are being provided only for information purposes to comply with the requirements of Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. The information contained within each monthly Notice represents an estimate for only the period noted. After the end of the current calendar year, and after definitive information has been provided to the fund, shareholders will receive a Form 1099-DIV, which will reflect the actual amount of income dividends, capital gain distributions and return of capital, and the amounts that are taxable in the current calendar year and reportable on shareholders’ federal and other income tax returns for that year.
Neuberger Next Generation Connectivity Fund ("NBXG") currently makes distributions in accordance with a managed distribution plan. You should not draw any conclusions about a fund's investment performance from the amount of its distribution or from the terms of the fund's managed distribution plan. A portion of your distribution may be a return of capital. A return of capital may occur for example, when some or all of the money that you invested in the fund is paid back to you. A return of capital distribution does not necessarily reflect the fund's investment performance and should not be confused with “yield” or “income.” The amounts and sources of distributions reported in a Section 19(a) Notice are only estimates and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes. The actual amounts and sources of the amounts for accounting and/or tax reporting purposes will depend upon a fund's investment experience during the remainder of its fiscal year and may be subject to changes based on tax regulations. The fund will send you a Form 1099-DIV for the calendar year that will tell you how to report these distributions for federal income tax purposes.
