Ian Haas, CFA, Managing Director, joined Neuberger Berman in 2000. Ian is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Tactical Alternative Credit strategy, as well as Head of Research and Investment Committee member on the Multi-Sector Private Credit Team. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining the team, Ian was an associate in Lehman Brothers’ portfolio strategy group, where he focused on asset allocation. Prior to that, he was a member of the financial institutions group within the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers, where he worked on M&A advisory projects and capital markets financings for clients in the financial services industry. Ian earned a BS with a concentration in finance from the University of Oregon and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
