Peter T. Arbes, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2004 as a Wealth Advisor. Peter’s responsibilities include advising high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations and small institutions on investment strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in a similar role at Sanford C. Bernstein and Company where he was a vice president and wealth advisor. Before that, Peter worked for several global investment banks and securities firms as a senior banker originating and structuring debt offerings for domestic and international issuers. Previous positions include managing director and head of Emerging Market Structured Finance at Banc Boston Securities and president of Brentwood Capital Corporation, a New York-based business development firm. He began his career in the financial markets at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Peter received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Peter was ranked on Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list for the seventh consecutive year, named #81 in New York in 2021.
