Neuberger Launches on Wealth Club Platform as UK Investors Seek Greater Access to Private Market Opportunities

LondonSeptember 8, 2026

The partnership will give eligible investors access to Neuberger’s evergreen private equity strategy, including through their Self-Invested Personal Pension.

London, September 8, 2026 – Neuberger, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, and Wealth Club, the UK’s largest non-advisory investment service for high net worth and experienced investors, today announced that the Neuberger Global Private Equity Access Fund (the “Fund” or “Global Access”) has been added to Wealth Club’s Private Markets Investment Platform. Eligible investors can access the Fund directly or through a Self-Invested Personal Pension (“SIPP”).

The addition of Global Access expands the range of private market opportunities available through Wealth Club at a time of growing interest from experienced individual investors in the UK. Wealth Club’s latest investor survey found that more than a third (35.8%) of its high-net-worth clients plan to invest in private markets in 2026.

Global Access is an evergreen strategy designed to provide diversified exposure to private equity through direct investments in high-quality and growing companies in partnership with leading private equity managers. The Fund primarily targets buyout opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes, with the flexibility to invest globally across Europe, North America, and Asia. The Fund benefits from the strong sourcing capabilities and relationships of Neuberger’s $165 billion global private markets platform, including over $45 billion in direct co-investment commitments alone.

Susannah Streeter, Chief Investment Strategist at Wealth Club, said: “Private markets are undergoing a significant transformation as investors increasingly look beyond traditional listed markets for diversification and long-term growth opportunities. For decades, private equity has been a key component of institutional portfolios, but individual investors have had very limited opportunities to access these investments. Evergreen funds, while still long-term, remove many of the barriers that historically restricted access to all but the most sophisticated institutions.

“Companies are also staying private for longer, meaning some of the most innovative and fastest-growing businesses are no longer available through public markets. The addition of Global Access to our platform gives eligible investors access to private market opportunities through Neuberger’s private equity expertise.”

José Luis González Pastor, Managing Director at Neuberger said: “We are pleased to partner with Wealth Club to broaden access to Global Access for eligible UK investors. Our platform is differentiated by its access to high-quality private companies and leading managers, underpinned by a flexible and highly selective investment approach. Neuberger Private Markets has extensive experience managing evergreen funds, with over 15 years of experience and over $20 billion in evergreen assets managed, we are proud to be a recognized leader in this space. Making the Fund available through a SIPP also creates an additional route for investors with an appropriately long-term horizon to incorporate private markets into their portfolios.”

Neuberger Global Private Equity Access Fund’s Total Net Asset Value is $1.9 billion as of June 2026 with minimum subscriptions starting from £10,000 and follow on investments from £5,000.

Private equity investments are illiquid, long-term investments and involve a higher degree of risk than many traditional investments.
