The Company commenced its business on 10/06/2026.
The Company is a joint stock company with the commercial registration number 1009185808, dated 28/01/2025. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neuberger Berman Asia Limited, with paid up capital of SAR 20,000,000.
The Company provides Neuberger Berman’s products and services, including investment funds and discretionary portfolio management services, to Institutional, Qualified and Intermediary clients.
