Kelly Maughan is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman, where she serves as the Head of Private Equity Finance Single Strategy/Japan Mandates for Neuberger Berman Private Markets. Since joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Maughan has played a key role in overseeing and managing private equity finance operations, with a focus on specialized strategies and Japan mandates.

Ms. Maughan brings a wealth of experience to her role, having held senior positions in finance and operations prior to joining Neuberger Berman. She served as a Senior Solutions Manager at Vitech Systems Group, Inc., a Director at DML, Inc., an Assistant Controller at Castle Harlan, Inc., an Assistant Controller at Charterhouse Group International, Inc., and an Accountant at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc.

Ms. Maughan earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.
