Alberto Salato, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2018. He is Head of Southern Europe Client Group and is responsible for overseeing client coverage across Iberia and Italy. Alberto joins from Blackrock Investment Management where he was Managing Director and Head of Institutional for the Italian business for over a decade. Prior to that, he was Sales Executive Institutional at Franklin Templeton Investments having begun his career with JP Morgan Private Banking in Milan. Alberto has over 20 years of experience in the industry and holds a Master degree cum laude in Financial Markets & Institutions from Università Luigi Bocconi Milan, Italy.
