Nikhil Krishnan is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman and a member of the NB Capital Solutions investment team. He helps lead and structure bespoke minority capital solutions for private equity-backed companies and founder-led businesses. Mr. Krishnan has been part of the Capital Solutions team since the inception of the strategy in 2016. He currently serves as a director of Mariner Wealth Advisors, Nord Anglia, FDH Aerospace, and HSI. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2012, Mr. Krishnan worked in Credit Suisse’s Asset Management Division within the secondary private equity group, Strategic Partners. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Statistics from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
