Scott Koenig is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman and leads the firm’s real estate secondary investment activities. He is a member of the Real Estate Secondary Investment Committee. Scott joined the firm in 2017 from Deutsche Bank, where he was head of real estate secondaries for DB’s private equity business for four years. From 2001 to 2013, He was a member of DB’s real estate private equity team, including most recently as head of portfolio management overseeing two global real estate private equity funds, and worked on more than U.S. $3 billion of direct real estate transactions. Prior to DB, he worked for Nomura in their commercial real estate lending program and for Price Waterhouse in their real estate advisory services group. Scott received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA from Princeton University.
