Joseph Sacchetti, CPA, is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Controller of the Almanac Realty Investors group and manages the Almanac accounting team. He is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial and investor reporting function, including oversight of: the preparation and issuance of quarterly financial statements and investor reports; the calculation of performance returns; investor communication; and the management of subscription credit facilities. Joseph also provides support to the tax compliance process, and he serves as an active liaison with investment teams related to the valuation process. Prior to joining Almanac in 2012, he was employed by The Hampshire Companies, where he served as a Fund Controller related to a group of real estate investment funds. Joseph was previously employed by Lazard, as an Accounting Manager, where he was responsible for a series of real estate private equity funds. Joseph graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of New York.
Gianmarco Migliavacca, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2018. Gianmarco is a Senior Research Analyst on the Investment Grade team, covering global metals, chemicals and paper industries. Prior to joining the firm, Gianmarco spent almost 8 years at Moody’s Investors Service in London as a senior rating analyst with responsibility over a broad portfolio of EMEA-based metals, chemicals and industrial issuers. His career began as an industrial economist covering the European chemical industry at the Italian Chemical Industry Association.  He later moved to various roles in Investment Banking,including an equity research analyst, credit analyst and transaction manager in the leveraged finance team of UniCredit Group.  He also spent nearly five years as an investment manager and credit officer at a London based pan-European credit fund responsible for loan investments into European industrial companies. Gianmarco received his BA in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and a MS in Finance from the London Business School. He is a full member of the Italian Financial Analysts Society.
Shannon Saccocia, CFA, is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer - Wealth for Neuberger Berman. As a member of the firm’s global Asset Allocation Committee, Ms. Saccocia works closely with investment leadership across Neuberger Berman to establish market views, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and portfolio recommendations. She leverages her deep expertise and decades of experience working with individuals, families, financial advisors and small institutions to deliver the firm's comprehensive investment capabilities to Wealth clients. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2023, she was the Chief Investment Officer for five years for SVB Private and Boston Private Wealth, which SVB acquired in July 2021, overseeing portfolio construction, asset allocation, third-party manager selection, equity and fixed income portfolio management, performance and trading. Previously, she held senior roles at Banyan Partners and Silver Bridge Advisors focused on manager selection, asset allocation and portfolio construction.
