Will Proctor is the Head of Sponsor Coverage and a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman. He is a member of the Private Credit investment team with a focus on deal origination. Prior to joining NB Alternative Advisers LLC in 2016, Mr. Proctor delivered unique Neuberger Berman investment strategies to a broad client base including individuals, family offices, foundations, and endowments. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2012, Mr. Proctor was responsible for the marketing and fundraising efforts at Glaxis Capital Management, LLC, a global-macro, absolute return hedge fund based in Sarasota, Florida. While at Glaxis, Mr. Proctor worked with various client types including ultra-high net worth individuals and a range of institutional investors. Prior to joining Glaxis, Mr. Proctor was a professional athlete, playing in the Canadian Football League where he won the 2008 Grey Cup Championship with the Calgary Stampeders. Mr. Proctor received his BS from Clemson University where he was the starting quarterback and a captain of the football team.

Oliver Little, CAIA, Senior Vice President, joined Neuberger Berman in 2021. As Head of U.K. Insurance Solutions, he is responsible for delivering the firm’s investment capabilities across public and private markets, as well as insurance analytics and reporting, to U.K. and Irish insurance clients and prospects. Additionally, Olie is responsible for the firm's DC Pension Strategy in the U.K. Before joining the firm, he spent more than five years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he was a Client Advisor on the U.K. Insurance Solutions sales team, again covering U.K. insurance clients. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he spent eight years as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, which included two operational deployments to Afghanistan. Olie has a BA in Economics & Geography from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst charterholder.
