NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited – in voluntary liquidation (the “Company”)
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by resolution of the Company’s shareholders passed at an extraordinary general meeting on 4 December 2025, the Company was wound up and placed into liquidation. Notice is hereby further given that Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Upper House, 16-20 Smith Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2JQ have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company (the “Joint Liquidators”) for the purposes of the winding up of the Company with effect from 4 December 2025.
