Justin Welfeld is a Senior Associate on the private equity investment team. Mr. Welfeld is an Investment Solutions specialist with a focus on investment analysis, product structuring, and portfolio management for non-traditional investment vehicles. In addition, he is responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investments and assisting with business development activities across the private equity platform. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Mr. Welfeld worked for three years in the Equity Fund Investment Solutions group at Nomura, where he focused on originating, structuring, and executing asset-based loans to finance private equity transactions. Mr. Welfeld received a BS in Operations Research with a minor in Policy Analysis and Management, magna cum laude, from the College of Engineering at Cornell University.
