Sean Badcock, Managing Director, joined Neuberger Berman in 2016. Sean focuses on both the Risk Arbitrage Strategy and Catalyst Investment Strategy within the Principal Strategies Group. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, he was a senior member of the Global Event Driven Group at Citadel LLC working under Joe Rotter. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager for the Event Driven Group at Levin Capital Strategies. Prior to Levin, he was an Analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Event Driven Group at Satellite Asset Management. Before joining Satellite, he served as a Senior Vice President at Weiss Peck & Greer, where he worked for the Merger Arbitrage Group. Sean began his event driven career at Silverado Capital Management. Sean graduated from Georgetown University.
