Investment Focus
Private Equity Limited Partnerships
We acquire private equity assets across strategies—buyout, growth equity, distressed, special situations, mezzanine, venture—geographies and vintages from all types of sellers, including pension plans, endowments, financial institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals. We are focused on small- to mid-sized transactions, but have the capabilities to evaluate and execute large portfolio transactions.
Opportunistic Investments
In addition to our core focus on acquiring traditional limited partnership interests, we will also opportunistically acquire direct co-investments from investors seeking early liquidity, pursue portfolios of directs or “synthetic secondaries” and invest in structured secondary solutions, royalties, hedge fund side pockets and credit-related opportunities.

Our primary focus is on acquiring high quality private equity assets. The most important part of our analysis is the robust, bottom-up, company-by-company valuation and due diligence that we perform. In our due diligence process, we routinely leverage the insights of our primary and co-investment colleagues, as well as our relationships with leading private equity firms and Neuberger Berman’s research analysts and public equity and fixed income portfolio managers.
