Mark Davidson, Managing Director and Head of Business Enablement and Operations, joined Neuberger Berman in 2024. Mark is responsible for creating cross-business synergies and driving organizational efficiencies across the firm's Operating Platform. Through technology, business process, and data enhancements, the Business Enablement and Operations team seeks to ensure Neuberger Berman executes day-to-day business processes consistently and efficiently, and continually reevaluates its operating model to be best positioned to optimally serve both future and current client demands. Before joining the firm, Mark was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer across a variety of businesses within Citi, including Citi Investment Management, Citi Private Bank, and Citi Global Wealth at Work, where he drove business, technology, and operating strategies to deliver growth, operating efficiency, and enhanced client outcomes. Before Citi, Mark was the Director of Risk Management for Russell Investments’ multibillion-dollar Alternative Investments platform, where he built and developed the risk management program and framework for Alternative Investment products offered to clients. Mark graduated cum laude from Boston College with a BS in Finance, and has earned the FINRA Series 7, 24 and 31 licenses.
