Tosha Burgess, ARe, Senior Vice President, joined Neuberger Berman in 2021 to manage underwriting operations for the firm's Insurance-Linked Strategies team. Prior to joining the firm, Tosha was an Underwriting Operations Manager at Bernina Re, where she played an instrumental role in the startup of the business primarily assisting with system development and process and procedure documentation. Before that, she was Assistant Vice President at Tokio Millennium Re (TMR), where she managed the ILS Reinsurance Operations team. Tosha was also an auditor at Deloitte within the Assurance team. She received a BBA from Acadia University and holds an ARe designation.
