Josh Cronin is a Senior Vice President of Neuberger Berman and acts as Associate General Counsel for NB Alternatives with a focus on Europe. Josh joined Neuberger Berman in 2020 and advises the private equity team on fundraisings, direct co-investments and secondary fund transactions. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Josh was a private equity and funds lawyer with Ropes & Gray in both London and New York. Josh began his legal career with SJ Berwin in London and received a BA (Econ.) from the University of Manchester.
