Jaques Clough, Head of Alternative Specialists/Investor Relations - North American Intermediary

Jaques Clough, CFA, joined the firm in 2018. Jaques is a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman and is a senior member of the North American Intermediary Team. He serves as a Client Advisor for Neuberger Berman’s Alternatives Platform. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Jaques was a Director of Credit Suisse, where he ran Alternatives Research and Due Diligence for Credit Suisse’s Private Bank Americas. In this capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring fund offerings across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit and Hedge Funds. Jaques received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Avery Kiser, Alternatives Client Advisor

Avery Kiser is a Senior Vice President and Alternatives Client Advisor. Avery joined Neuberger Berman in 2005 as a generalist on the NB Alternatives Investment Management (the Firm’s Fund of Hedge Fund business) team. Avery moved to London in 2007 to support NBAIM’s international research efforts. While in London, Avery covered European based hedge fund managers as well as focusing on event-driven and credit research globally. In 2012, Avery moved to the Firm’s Los Angeles office where she continued to maintain responsibility for event-driven and credit strategies globally. In 2021, Avery joined the North American Intermediary team as an Alternatives Client Advisor. Prior to Neuberger Berman, Avery worked at Merrill Lynch during the summer of 2004 as an Alternatives Investment Analyst. Avery graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering and certificates in Finance and Engineering & Management Systems.

Noah Shulman, Alternatives Specialist

Noah Shulman, Vice President, joined Neuberger Berman in 2019. Noah is a member of the Alternatives Specialist Team within the North American Intermediary Business. He is focused on building relationships with prospective and existing clients for the firm's Private Markets business. Prior to his current role, Noah was a member of the National Accounts Team, working with Senior Relationship Managers in the Broker Dealer channel. Noah began his career at Barclays as an analyst, advising the bank’s trading businesses. He earned a BA in Economics from Brown University.
